Fear of Man vs Fear of God
This sermon, part of the "Fearless" series, explores how our fear of people's opinions can control our lives. Using Kings Saul and David as contrasting examples, the pastor shows how insecurity makes us vulnerable to the fear of man. Saul, despite his impressive appearance, made decisions based on others' approval rather than God's commands, ultimately losing his kingdom. David, however, exchanged the fear of man for the fear of God—living with reverence for God above all. The message challenges listeners to filter decisions through two questions: "Is this what God wants for me?" and "Is this what God wants from me?”
